Rules & Guidelines

Everything you need to know to participate in the Green Impact Challenge. Please read carefully before submitting your project.

Eligibility

The competition is open to individuals and teams of up to 3 members. All participants must be in grades 6-12 at the time of the submission deadline.

  • Grade Requirement: Grades 6-12.
  • Team Size: 1 to 3 members.
  • Project Status: Early-stage concepts or projects.

Submission Requirements

Your submission will be a short video proposal. This is your chance to share your vision and convince our judges of your project's potential. Your video should clearly explain the problem you're addressing, your innovative solution, and the impact you hope to achieve. Be creative and passionate!

  • Length: 2-4 minutes.
  • Format: Unlisted YouTube video link.

Judging Criteria

Our judges will evaluate submissions based on four key pillars. Projects that excel across all categories will have the highest chance of winning.

  • Innovation (30%): How original and creative is the solution?
  • Impact (30%): What is the potential environmental and social impact?
  • Feasibility (25%): Is the project realistic, scalable, and technically sound?
  • Presentation (15%): How clearly and persuasively is the project communicated?

Prizes and Recognition

To celebrate the ingenuity and hard work of our participants, award winners will receive cash prizes to help further their projects, along with commemorative certificates or plaques to honor their achievements.
